No surprise bills
Texting runs on your own connected number, so your carrier bills the messages (usually pennies). AI-receptionist minutes come in a bundle, and anything past that gets metered. You'll always see your usage and can set your own cap.
No per-tech tax
Need to add someone? An office user is $19/mo, a field-only (mobile) user is $9/mo, and that's only once you're past what your plan already includes. Team comes with unlimited users.
No lock-in
No setup fees, no contracts. Cancel whenever, and take your customers and jobs with you anytime.
Pay annually and save about two months. All prices in USD.
Common questions
How much does ProWyze cost right now?
It's free during beta. Full access, no credit card needed to start. The plans below are what things look like at launch, so sign up now and lock in founding pricing before then.
Do you charge per technician?
Nope. Every plan includes a set number of users, and Team is unlimited. Hiring someone new won't hit you with a surprise bill: extra office users are $19/mo and field-only (mobile) users are $9/mo, and that only kicks in once you're past what your plan already includes.
How does two-way texting work? Do you give me a number?
You connect your own business number through Twilio, so it's your number and your account. Your carrier bills the messages (usually about a penny each), and texting stays compliant under your own registration. Want something more plug-and-play? Managed numbers are something we're working on.
What about the AI receptionist minutes?
The AI Receptionist add-on comes with a generous chunk of minutes built in. Go over that, and you pay a clear per-minute rate. You can always see your usage and set your own cap, so there's never a surprise bill.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
Neither. No setup fee, no contract. Cancel whenever you want, and your data is yours to export anytime.
How does this compare to Jobber or ServiceTitan?
ServiceTitan charges per technician, often $250 to $500 each, plus a setup fee. Jobber and Housecall Pro charge per user and lock texting and AI behind their pricier tiers. We keep it flat-priced, include texting and a booking website in our lower tiers, and leave the AI receptionist as something you add if and when you want it.
